We picked and pressure canned 40 pints of mixed greens today. Collards, mustard, kale, turnip, radish, curly leaf mustard, and a couple I couldn't identify. Still have 7 or 8 pints to do tomorrow.

Wow Iddee! That is better than a flu shot right there!  ;)

Found a GREAT recipe for kale.   Fixed it Saturday and Sunday nights.  (Now I have to let my kale grow back:)
Google Braised Kale with Bacon and Cider.   It uses bacon, onion, apple cider and apple.    It's REALLY good!

Just looked it up Hampton, printed it off, Thanks! This would work well for any greens  :)
