Honey Lemonade for hot weather or a sore throat.

Take your favorite lemonade recipe and use honey instead of sugar.  Make a simple syrup by taking HOT water and stirring the honey around in it.  Add some fresh mint leaves in a gallon jar, and enjoy.  Mix it in a blender if you want it frothy & sudsy!

Edward:
You can use your uncapping wax by washing the honey out with water, then use the water to things like this.  ;)
