A few pics of my week that you might find interesting. The trees are pistachios and the bees are in a 2 mile square open field in the middle of several thousand acres od trees. Our bees on the ground, my wife slicing up polled sub (serving the protein part of lunch!) and a top shot of one just after I vaporized them with oxalic acid.
Bees look good and most look like the one in the picture or better. I'm happy and warm. It's been in the negative temps at home so we're enjoying our time with the bees!!
