Title: You know it's time for Winter to be over when ....
Post by: DMLinton on February 16, 2014, 05:07:07 pm
On cabin fever and really strange ways of thinking about things, it occurred to me this afternoon that the ten nucs that, hopefully, will be here by mid-May will contain about 150,000 bees (at roughly a penny a piece), of which, even if things go swimmingly, only ten will be expected to remain alive by the end of June.

How about one of those ultra violet visors for a month or two? Oh, and you could take/and or increase your Vitamin D to 5,000 a day, or a tanning bed.... Yeah! a tanning bed

Big bag of ice, Lots of cans of POP, and at least half a case of The Captain..  JUST enough ingested to remain calm in the face of a VERY slowly approaching spring, but enough to keep from BAWLING because its not here yet...
As you can probably tell from the strange subjects I have posted about.. I too am grasping at straws from a bad case of Cabin Fever.

No, jen. That was a private joke between me and Perry about an entirely different subject. You go ahead and have fun. I won't interfere with that until the flowers bloom and we need to get serious.

Hmmm, you may have something there, LazyBkpr.  I already tried the therapist route but we always ended up discussing her problems.
