I haven't tried it as I have to stay away from dairy.

That looks interesting.  I usually just make hot chocolate from a mix, but if I'm in the mood for something a little more fancy, I might give this a try.  I think it's a little deceptive that she calls it "sugar free".  What she really means is "cane sugar free", as honey is just as much sugar as cane sugar is.  I guess her blog is called "Food Charlatan" after all.   :D
