Title: Honey Harvesting: Retaining Quality
Post by: Bakersdozen on July 28, 2018, 09:02:10 am
This article from the March 27, 2018, issue of Bee Culture Magazine is a must read for beginning beekeepers.  It also is a good read for those that have several years of honey harvest experience.

The author, Bob Binnie, explains the effects of hot temperatures, cold temperatures, enzymes found in honey, plastic vs glass, how to lower moisture content, etc.
Enjoy!

Very good informative written piece. It covers everything I have posted over the years but all in one article. Long but worth reading every word.
