Did an inspection today and everything looked really good. There were a bunch of these in all three hives:

Looks great! Beautiful white comb.  Is that a Warre Frame?  I am unfamiliar with them.  It look like my top bars with a complete frame.  Do you have an pics of the hive as a whole?  I would be interested in seeing it.

Hey Dave. I thought the same thing at first, but then I checked out some of his other pics. I believe that it is a regular TBH bar, it's just sitting in a stand he jigged up to hold it in.

Blue, Perry is right. Just a top bar sitting in a stand.

Here is the hive that the bar came out of, before I put the bees in it, Blue

I am really enjoying my bees. ;D
