I have met Daniel and Beatrice several times. I have visited their farm in PEI and have bought a couple of pieces of equipment from them as well for my operation. They have one of the tidiest operations around, and I would eat the honey if any ever fell on their extracting room floor. As in any honour system set up, there will always be a couple of bad apples, the trick is not to let them change who you are and what you are about.
By the way, they also make a wicked mead that is available in liquor stores on the Island for any of who who might find yourselves there. :)

We used sell off the front porch with a few of each size. Only taken once but we let it ride because it's their issue not ours.
