HEY! Your pic just gave me a marketable idea for women who are expecting! Hmmm, I think I'm onto something here.... Thanks Greg!

By the way, what kind of man jewelry do you have hanging around you neck there? close up maybe?  :)

I feel a lot younger. I was at the point I was up at 6:00am nap at noon and then to bed around 8. Now I'm up running around  at 6 and go to be at 10:30 or 11 at night.

Gonna have to try this.  I was on Weight Watchers on a previous job, knocked off 40 lbs. & kept it off but still have the old "bread basket".  I still have the 32" waist i had when I was 18.  I just keep it wrapped in a 42" waist to protect it. ;D

I tried taking the honey before bed the other night and I had the worst dreams ever! Just wondering if it was the honey or an active imagination! I will try it again tonight though. I have cut  my portions down too. Hopefully this will help!

Riverat, those are amazing pictures.  Properly "cured" I bet you could wrap that snake like a belt around your waist twice, after having lost the beer-belly.

Slowmodem, I still have a pair of overalls taht I used to wear regularly almost 50  years ago.  The button on the side.  In my  early days, I could button them---not any more.  My wife laughs at me when I put them on for special work tasks these days, but I won't part with them.  I'd sooner hear her laugh at me than forego my treasured overalls.

I don't think the pockets would be adequate for tucking away Riverrat's snake. Greg, you just completed my imagination's picture of Riverbee's hillbilly neighbors.  Only thing missing is the snow-plow.

Jen, I have a small bottle of home-made propolis tincture in my night table drawwer at my bedside.   It's always at hand for application when I come down with a bit of athlete's foot.  I don't know if it helps, but it makes me feel good to use it.   Mostly I use raw propolis like chewing gum when I come down with a sore throat---I swear by that.  It's great!!

It took a few days of taking honey that I really started to see the benifit of sleeping better and getting up feeling better.

Hi Stone, for me it wasn't until later years when I started noticing that around the full moon, 'stuff' would go quirky with me. Wrestless sleep, slower digestion for the most part. This last super moon was not kind to me, glad that ones O V E R!

What I'm wondering, since I work swing shift, is does it have to be before sleep, or would it be better at like 9:00 pm every day?

I hate the super moon...
Woke up to a FULL FACE SLAP... I think it was the initial SOUND of the crack that woke me up, then the pain..   What the *&^% did you slap me for?
Wife nods her head with that rightious look in her eyes..  "Thats what you get for trying to smother me with the pillow!"
   "What?  I didn't try to......"
    She was already snoring softly.....

I get kicked, kneed, elbowed and even yelled at for bad dreams during the super moon..   I sleep like a BABY, but she has... issues...  I think its because someone in her family was once a werewolf....

I always have honey in the morning. Am going to start it at night and see what happens!

Hows it going on the honey. Are you still trying it and are you seeing any results.  My weight loss has dropped to about a pound every week to week and a half but still slowly losing. I'm down to 173. I wanted to go to 170 but thinking now 160 to 165 that way I am below my target weight of 170.  I have found weight loss is a change of lifestyle for life. I think where a lot of people fail is once they hit their target weight they slowly creep back into there old habits and the weight comes back.  I did try a small amount of fried food (pickles who could say no) for the first time since I started the diet and it tore the stomach up cleaned me out real good to the point I wondered how I ever ate the stuff to begin with.

Hiya Rat, I am trying to remember doing honey at night before bed, but I am remembering first thing in the morning before yoga. I do believe my tummy is a little flatter. That could be wishful thinking  :)
