Is anyone familiar with this product?  I was wondering if there was a use for those with fermented honey.

Cider vinegar, Wine vinegar, honey wine vinegar, these are all made in roughly the same way. ferment the sugars in the fruit or honey then let if spoil in to vinegar.
What they call there product could be confusing and misleading. Here is a link to other similar products with a clearer name.

It could be used as a replacement for any cider or wine vinegar, it would provide the acidity but with a little different flavor.
