........cause if I don't laugh, I'll cry! ;D
I went out and swept off my truck this morning. I figured I'd fire her up and maybe run around the block, it's been a little over a week.
Before I swept of the snow

This is after I swept off the snow. This is what I found under the snow! Solid ice!

What you see in the next 2 pics, is solid ice, about 3 to 4 inches thick, covering the windshield and part of the hood. That's with the snow swept off.

I've had the truck running for the last half hour, trying to figure out how to get the ice off without breaking the glass. I finally managed to get in the drivers door.
Hey Zoo, wish you were here? LOL

And we hit 55 today???? Not normal but I'll take it over what you're dealing with. Getting to see our bees flying around.
Good luck with that ice and be careful 8)

When we lived "up there", we had a friend stay overnight because of the weather. Next morning the ice was under the snow. Did about the same thing as Perry, got in the car, started it, and let it run until everything was loose.
Down here I just say, "Wow! It almost got down to freezing." :)
