Ally got nailed trying to consume a bee.  Poor thing, I feel bad for her.

That was just the begining, when her eyes swelled shut I called the vet.  We just got back and she's recovering nicely.  We're giving up on the day and going for a swim.

I gave her one benedryl per vets order, the vet gave her an injection of benedryl, I think that's what she said, and an injection of steroids.

Wait just one moment.  Do i remember a time when a piece of pie was given for a bee sting pic?  I think she deserves a piece of pie.  She seems to really like apples.  Ted

That's what I was wondering!

Glad she is better.

Did someone say Apple Pie?

Thanks bakersdozen!  She's been gobbling the apples that fall and seemed impressed with the apple pie.  Been a heck of a day.  My Mother-in-Law, who's also a dear friend, fell this morning.  Stitches in her head and broken hip.  Then the deal with Ally.  Makes me appreciate the pie even more.  Ted
