Can't See Sent Messages

I'm having a glitch in my messages where I can't see messages I've sent.  I can see up at the top that my sent folder has 3 sent messages, but down where the messages actually should be it says "No Messages".  Anything to be done about that?  I'm concerned about it mostly because when my folder is full, I won't be able to delete any.  Also I like to check over a message after I've sent it, just to be sure I didn't make some grave error.  I usually use Internet Explorer, but it's not working on Edge or Safari either for me.

Mine isnt showing messages I have sent either...   a setting that has changed?

If you click on messages, there is a box that opens listing “sent messages” as an option. You can see them there.



I will check and see if there is a setting to change as well…

When I click on Sent Items, I can’t see them. Here is what I get.

This may or may not help.
Click on messages.
Hover over messages and click sent messages.
Hover over preferences and click on change settings.
Scroll down to "save a copy etc.etc.
Be sure the box has a check mark in it, or click it to put one.
