Skeptically, I checked it out on Amazon.  On Amazon, a 16.6 oz bottle sells for $12.34.  There have been 63 customer reviews giving it 4 1/2 stars out of 5.https://www.amazon.com/Organic-Potato-Non-GMO-Carolina-Potatoes/dp/B07HQZ8Z5X/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1550668940&sr=8-3&keywords=sweet%2Bpotato%2Bnectar&th=1 (https://www.amazon.com/Organic-Potato-Non-GMO-Carolina-Potatoes/dp/B07HQZ8Z5X/ref=sr_1_3_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1550668940&sr=8-3&keywords=sweet%2Bpotato%2Bnectar&th=1)

Most honey doesn't sell for $12.34 a pound.

One mother of a newborn reviewed the product.  She uses the product in the homemade goat's milk formula for her baby.  You can't do that with honey.

Because it contains 25% less sugar than honey, it claims to be healthier for you.  It's also high in potassium.  No surprise there.

I suppose if I only ate a Vegan diet, I would think tree bark tastes good.

I have known a dozen or so vegans in my life. They all consistantly looked ghastly and they all died young. Read into that what you will. :)
