Title: PVC Light Stand DIY

we have a couple of these now taking up space in the living room.....

PVC Table Top Light Stand University of Maryland  (https://extension.umd.edu/growit/food-gardening-101/pvc-light-stand)

planting anything here before memorial weekend is foolish, so we start a variety of plants indoors.
