Title: Guess what I am doing

:D  yep thats it, harvesting honey the  few days, should only be a few 100 lbs and the last 1 of the season, it gets dark fast this time of year so can only do a little each day late in the afternoon, (pokes Perry with a stick to see if he is frozen solid yet) :lol:

dang it now Im going out to the shop. Turning on my extractor let it spin and savor the smell of wax and honey wafting out the top. Ohhh the pain of cabin fever :)

Aye MinnieMo...  Think I'll go get some wood tomorrow and make frames or boxes...  supposed have my new Rage Miter saw delivered tomorrow,, help cure the cold weather blues!

pulled 3 meds and a deep of honey off 3 hives today, jarred 112 lbs , 2 more boxes to spin then off to the next small yard.

You ol honey robber!! That sure is some pretty capped honey, nice to see frames that are fully capped.

jb is hard to say these days but cone-o-bees will always be 1 of the favorite hives, other hives like the 1 removal from the birthing center had 136 lbs of honey in it and is building back up nice in a hive box now is going to be up there on the list of good 1s, just going to have to wait and see this next season what 1 takes the top spot.

Must be nice to have rain and flowers and warm in the winter. I'm wishing for anything to come in bloom to distract hive 3 from its robbery attempts.

But I ain't as cold as Perry!
