Now, that is a veggie I can live with.  Our favorite in this house.  I have a patch of them in their second year out back on the way to the yard.

we usually harvest them and put them on the grill.....

I love them and tried to can.  They turn to mush.  Seems from what I read they don't can well.

Asparagus has the same benefits as dark chocolate...just saying... 8)
