False notifications

Anyone else getting notifications of a post being replied to and when you go there it has not been?

It has happened twice to me.   First time I just figured it was just a late notification and I already viewed the update.    This time I looked a little deeper and the member doesn't even exist.   Perhaps a spammer that got deleted?

By the way,  does anyone know how to set up notifications so that they contain the updated comment?   I know this can be done in SMF, but not sure about phpBB.  I've looked through the CP but couldn't find anything.

Here is the notification.

Yes, it was a spammer that got banned and deleted. 2 this morning, one yesterday.

You might find something here.
