This guy was on our local news this evening giving a demonstration.  I didn't hear if he's from Chattanooga, or just visiting.  He's got it down pat, though!   :o

loved the little dance at the end & "what'd ya think about that".......ta daaa!!!!.......... :D

i like slices of watermelon, and my gracefulness with a knife cutting quickly with a knife as he does might have me winding up with somethin' red that doesn't belong in the watermelon........... :D

I just saw this and love it!  The whole melon cubed in under 2 minutes and still have time for a Ta-Da at the end!  A good sharp knife would be a must.  Some upper body strength would be a plus as well.  His knife cut through that rind like it was butter.
