Hey, are you folks (except for Iddee, who made an oblique coment) illiterate?  Didn't you see and read Perry's comment,we may become new parents again before too long!
Has no one any words of blessing? No comments expressing curiousity?  No words of encouragement?
Well, I DO!!
Glad to hear the great news Perry.  Hope all goes well with you and your wife as you count down toward the big day, whenever it comes.  Another potential beekeeper in this world is good enough news.  That she/he will be an additional member of your family is even better news.
Three cheers for you and your wife.  We look forward to following your coming publications of progress and further good news.

One word of caution.  Don't have as many addditions to the family the number of your posts on the forum.

Ef, look at reply # 17. He lied to us. He is only trying to get another greyhound puppy.

heheh Ef has wide shoulders Perry, but I am sure you will pay in time!!

Grandkids are what your supposed to have at 50+, so at the end of the day, you get to send them home and spend the next 12 hours recovering...

Well, I'm 56 and have a son that just turned 13 a week ago. I know of guys younger than me who have grand kids already!
As late as we started, I just wasn't grown up enough to have kids when I was younger. Sometimes I still wonder if I am. ;D

He's thirteen Perry?  No, you havent grown up yet.. that doesnt happen till you have to go to the police station to get HIM rather than having someone come get you!!

When I was 56 my son was also thirteen, I've been there and done that.  By the way, the rest of us do not "wonder" if you're grown up.  We are sure you haven't matured, and that's a blessing as I would hate to think of you as a finished product.  :):):)  Heck, I never have wanted to fully mature.  It's against a man's nature.

At his age it's not if he's grown up, it's when you start growing out that you can't keep up with a 13 yr. old boy. Jack

I was away on vacation and missed the last developments on this thread----I must confess, you got me to laugh at myself.  I really fell for it.
I guess I'm one of those Mr Ringling spoke about.  :-\ :D ;D

That's how you got away with your "prank" on me----and here I was busy writing a new thread about it.
But thanks still!

Growing old is mandatory.

Growing up is optional.

One is enough for me. I refuse to accept both.
