Nice video BeekeeperRob.  I like your demonstration/explanation of how you use a uncapping fork.  Also, I like your extractor stand too.  It doesn't require that much more storage space.  If you dribble honey on the extractor stand, which is sure to happen, you can wheel it outside for the bees to clean up!
