Yesterday was a very interesting day in the bee yard. I went out around 1:30 to check the hives and spotted a swarm high up in a pine tree. I had to resort to some interesting tactics to get this one. Hope you enjoy the video.

Interesting technique! Sure-as-heck could never get away with doing that here in Mass! Sure would be fun, though!

Thank you! We're out in the country so gun fire is a regular occurrence.
You know you're red neck if.....
I thought I'd better add in the disclaimer since that hole opened up in the middle of the swarm.
