Okra soup

Found a soul food restaurant in North Charleston S.C.
Famous for okra soup , had lots of tender okra an seeds, some tomato not to much , green beans with (ham or beef stock) very good. Had fried pork chops in gravy over rice or hopping john, don't see that type of cooking very often.
