A swarm moved into this window cap a few days ago.  I was able to get almost all of the bees minus the queen.  I am sure she hid deep in the cap.  I didn't want to dissemble the cap anymore than I did.  Cleaned the void out, put the board back and sealed the openings with silicone for the owner.  I combined them with a weaker nuc in my yard.
