Label? I need your opinions

Thanks! That's exactly the kind of feedback I want. While selling honey to the public is not out of the question for the future, at this point, the labeling is really more for fun as I will be giving most of it to family and close friends. But if I decide that I really like the label, I may use a more professional version in the future.

Is it filtered or strained honey? there's a big difference. Jack

It sounds like it is a different but in reality whether you screen your honey through a 400 micron screen or a 400 micron filter they both will stop particles larger than 400 micron and anything smaller can make it though.
Although filters do come in finer micron it is what size that is used which means nothing to the customer.

You might like to add the area/ floral source of the honey.

Local honey or honey from a specific floral source can command a premium price.

As it stands, you could use the label on re-bottled Chinese honey or blended.

He has produced by on the label along with the zip code so this would qualify as Zip Code Honey or local honey to his area.
Good idea on the nectar source and sell it as a premium honey if it is special, and desirable.

I put lightly filtered on the label because I want people to know that it is not "processed" like regular honey. There may be a better way to state that. I just can't really think of the best way. What I used is one of those paint strainers.

I don't put filtered or strained on my labels, if they ask i tell them strained. My understanding of filtered honey is that it is pumped through filters? and strained honey is allowed to drip through different sizes of mesh? On my labels i put Pure Local Honey and if they ask How Local i tell them within a 100 mile radius, which is true, in my case anyway. Jack

Apis is absolutely correct---but somehow, at least to me, "Raw"  has a mildly undesireable connotation (like "raw meat").  I think the word "unprocessed" says the same thing, but nicer.

what apis said, or "pure natural wildflower honey" , etc.

just my two cents tbone, but i would remove "contains", and also "lightly filtered, unheated honey."
