Title: Cheese Honey?
Post by: Slowmodem on February 28, 2014, 08:16:53 pm: I saw this in an Earthfare grocery store today in the cheese section. It says it perfectly accompanies fine cheese. $9.99 a bottle. The part below the label is crystallized, the part above it is not. It's from Savannah, GA. The label says it's 100% honey.

i do sell comb honey and give out a sheet with it suggesting what to serve it with, and a variety of cheeses is on the list....

What do you think cheesecake is? It's CHEESE and SUGAR! Not much different than CHEESE and HONEY. It's the pungent mixed with the sweet. A perfect party in the mouth ~

Post by: Edward on March 01, 2014, 04:34:12 am: If they can´t call it "'Welsh Dragon Sausage' " with out saying it doesnt have dragon meat in it they should also inform the customers that there is not any meat from "Welsh" people either, which would be a more likely ingredient being that dragons are fictional and welsh people are real :D :laugh:

YES!!! someone that agrees with me... I get accused of being UN refined at times :P

so how do you hand select honey to go with cheese??? eeny meeny miney moe.... OR.. stick your finger in each one and taste to decide which wont sell well as normal honey?
