Ad Graphic Requirements

Ad graphic requirements:

* size:  150px by 150px
* border:  Must have a 1px border with 10px radius corners,  outside of radius must be transparent
* Must be a static image, no animation
* Must be aesthetically pleasing and fit the color palette of the forum, no overpowering colors (shocking pink, etc)
* Ads must be approved before they will be displayed
