$11 smoker

I bought this smoker for $11 and I'm surprised how good it works. It's not a Dadant by any stretch of the imagination, but it will make a good spare. It burns a little hotter than my other smokers, but it does a decent job. Hard to beat for the money.
If you try one, be careful about the sharp edges on the insert. They are sharp as a Ginsu knife. I cut myself twice and didn't even know I was bleeding until the Missus called it to my attention in her loving way. What's a little blood on the couch, anyway?

The link says $24.00 for an 11 inch smoker. Where do you find the $11.00 smoker?

I can only guess that it went up. On my Amazon previous orders list it shows this smoker as the one I bought at $11. When I follow the link, it shows that it costs $24.  It still half the price of a Dadant, but I probably wouldn't have gambled $24 on it.

Yeah, I should ask for a commission.
This kinda aggravates me. I've had this thing for over a month. I wanted to test it for a while before I mentioned it to you folks. I never expected it to double in price while I was trying it out.
Maybe the original price was wrong? There are several $24 smokers on Amazon and I've never considered buying one. $11 caught my eye, so I thought I'd try it.

on the up side, for $11 it doesn't have to last long. Consider it as disposable. If and when the run another special be sure to let us know. :)
