Garlic honey
« on: October 07, 2014, 08:37:26 am »
I make it by the pint since a pint will last me a year unless my oldest grand daughter comes to visit.

A pint jar 1 1/2 pounds of honey. Leave a bit of space as this will raise as it brews. Add 5 good sized cloves of crushed and peeled garlic. I allow it 30 days to brew.

Use it in stir fry's, Like it over rice as a side dish also.
