Post by: apisbees on March 13, 2014, 07:12:47 pm: That is an incredible swarm JP. It has to be over 6lb of bees in it that is the bee population required to fill 2 deep supers.
If you dumped them in to a single and but honeycomb sections over a queen excluder they would make an abundance of comb sections.

My phone is always with me & I do Facebook with it, my Facebook page is titled JPthebeeman & the membership has been growing

We put up pics & videos, all about bee keeping & of course the removals I do & anything else bee related

And go out and lay on the beach and soak up the sun till the wax melts and runs thru you hair.
Great pictures JP as Jen said. The new piece of comb looks so delicate, like a fine embroidered doily.

I thought that was an amazing picture as well.
I thought we had quite a few swarms cutouts to do up here, but its not even a drop in a bucket compared to all JP's swarms.
