Most of this article is more than obvioius. I can't understand why the presentation is so wishy-washy.

Wishy washy sums up everything, including their "Guidelines" that are not mandatory.... >:(

i recently had a wife of one of mr river's partners purchase some honey from me. she has been buying store honey for years. she sends me an email in all capital letters and exclamation points raving and how incredibly good the honey is and say's to me, one comment:
"it's very fragrant honey, almost like the wildflowers!"
i emailed back.....it's the real thing sister........ :D

I had a guy at work tell me that my honey was the best honey he had ever put in his mouth. That's a feeling I'll never forget. :)

I like this maybe people will appreciate our raw honey more. All customers i sell to come back and do not buy at stores any more.
-
very true rm, when they buy your honey, they don't go back.

greg, that is almost as good as catching a swarm......er okay, not quite, BUT, to have customers tell me it's the best honey on the planet sure does go a long ways towards the hard work the bees and i do and i never get tired of hearing how good the honey is...... ;)
the thing is i spend more money than i will ever make keeping bees, but this type of a compliment sure goes a long way for me and always has.

hehe. Agreed Mrs River!
We stopped at Kentucky Fried Chiken a couple years ago. my wife put their honey packet on her buttered biscuit, and took a bite, making an MMMMMMM noise, then she frowned and looked at her biscuit, and got this odd look on her face, and put the biscuit down to look at the packet.
"Thats Awful! What is this?"
It says "Honey Sauce" Reading the label it proudly claims it has 7% REAL honey in it!!!!
LOL!!!
I love their chicken, I dont like their instant tasting mashed taters, their gluey mac and cheese, their watery cole slaw, or their dry crumbly biscuits, and I really don't like whatever they add to their Honey Sauce!!! They do have good chicken though. :P
I have people pre ordering honey already so I hope its a good year!!!!
