Will be moving the bees about 60 miles from Inglis Florida to Gainesville Florida think I will only use mosquito netting on the bees been told that the bees will remain clustered during transit, and for a few hours thereafter. Want to ensure adequate ventilation.

Safe travels. Sounds like a plan Stan. Of course you Barry but couldn't find a rhyme for travelling :D. I may have missed it on another thread, but are you moving too?
-
Good luck on the move!
-
Yes I and the girls both are moving.

Safe travels and best of luck on the new move!

Good luck. Hope your plan works well for you.

I once helped a guy in Florida move hives and all he did was put them entrance to entrance on the flatbed. He claimed they sensed the other hive and would stand guard protecting their entrance. I don't know if his rationale was correct, but the bees stayed put in their hives while being moved.
Good luck.

Barry, I work in Alachua, about 15 miles north of Gainesville. If you want to meet for lunch one day, I'll show you some good places to eat.
You probably already know, Dadant is just north of Alachua. Pretty good people there. Good luck on your move.

Slip out the back, Jack
Get a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free.
Hop on the bus, Gus
Don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
and get yourself free.
;D
