Has this ever happened to you? The other night, I was awakened by some storms passing through the area. Not a big deal, but for some reason, while I was laying there, my thoughts went to my apiary. Early in the spring, I built a hive stand and two days ago, did an inspection and realized how heavy a hive full of honey can be. Anyway, while I was trying to sleep, I became very concerned that the hive stand I built would not hold up under the weight of the 4 hives that are using it. It got bad enough, that I had to get up and go outside with a flashlight to see if they were okay. They were fine, but the next morning, I went out and put several more screws in the supports just in case. Man, it's tough being a parent!

 Once these little insects get into your head, you'll be doing good to not be head case!

I've had those dreams to, so don't feel like your alone!

heheh.. Been there too.. Storms rolling in, wind gusts of 60+ mph.. So I have the spotlight hooked to a deep cycle boat battery carrying it back and forth, shining the spotlight on front and back hives to make sure none have blown over or lost their lids.

tbone.....that's not an annoying dream........that's normal.............. :D

My annoying dream usually involves bears ripping apart my bee shed to get at the hives.

Had a dream last week that there were bees coming from the crack in the pillows. I jumped up out of the bed. My wife asked what was wrong, before I could come too, I said I was going to get a nuc to trap them with.
