Nice interview, non rushed and an easy conversation. Very good.
-
Great interview Perry! We have a star among us!! :)
-
She probably was a pretty woman to get Perry to talk to her that long and talking sweet to her. What do you mean Ya' all sounds funny Baker?? Jack ;D
-
Hmmm, Jack... I didn't hear that he was talkin' sweet to her, I though Perry sounded very relaxed and professional...
-
yes he did Jen, but that's what got my attention. :D Jack
-
Seems I shouldn't argue Jack, because I have never had the priviledge to speak to Perry on a personal basis. So I'll let you have this one... this time... :D ;) :D
-
If y'all got ooVoo, we could all sit down and talk to one another while looking at each other...................wait a minute...............Jack, forget what I was just sayin! :D
Actually, when I did the radio program I was at home on the phone, the studio is in Halifax.
-
OK, i'm sorry, i was jerking your chain. :D Good interview buddy, i enjoyed it. Jack
-
Jen, "never had the privelage to speak to Perry"! I don't know if I would call it a privelage, more of a chore I think. :D
Jack, there is nothing you could say or do to ever convince me that you are anything other than someone I strive to emulate. Nice try though. ;)

Well done Perry.
I have to say.. I have lived in the south, Mississippi, ALabama and Florida. I have lived in California, from SanDiego to San Fransisco, I have lived in Southern Maine, and I have, and now do again live in Iowa.. You have no accent! It IS them other folks who talk funny! Folks around here love to talk to my wife because of her Maine accent. I spent 17 years getting harassed because of MY accent when I lived in Maine.. Now I do really enjoy it when folks harass her about hers!
I enjoyed the radio talk, and I see what you mean about not having enough time.. Basic fast answers... about something that needs to be spread out and explained.. That would have driven me up a wall. Well done!
-
I know it's a little off topic, but I have talked to a few members, either on the phone or on ooVoo.
My favourite person to listen to when they talk is G3farms! He's so cool to listen to you almost want to snap your fingers along with the words.
Back to regular programming.

Yes in most of Canada we learned to speak English from the same text book (except in Newfoundland), and Canadians that learned to speak French first and have taken English as a second language. It is in part to radio CBC Canada that broadcasts to all the small communities across the country.
It has always amazed me that no one murders the English language worse than the English. For the area and relative close proximity of its people, how can they have so many different dialects and accents?

I've listened to Robo on his vids, very nice and easy instruction. I've seen some of Scott's vids of late with swarms, and cut outs, nice easy instruction. Same with Blue especially when he has his side kick. And Perry's radio interview was enjoyable. All of you have nice voices that resonate well over the mic ~
-
Apis, us hill billies always thought what made the English talk funny, is because the underwear they wear is too tight  Of course none of us really knew for sure, because we never had underwear. 8) Jack

We don't have accents in the center of the US!
Your a smooth talker Perry.

OK, let me put this together. The leading bee inspector in Nova Scotia, who is also a mass producer of honey is now a radio celebrity. Here's the pitch, buy your Perry honey now, complete with Perry's autograph, for only fifteen bucks per pint. It's a great deal, you get $10.00 worth of honey and the Perry signature for only five bucks extra. Don't miss out on this opportunity to own one of the initial jars of autographed perry honey. :):):) Please note that Perry's stock is rising so fast that there is no telling what his next honor and accomplishment may be.

And there is the name for the label ~ Perry Honey ~ I'll bet that is how his wife addresses him :D
