we are not eligible for the crp program, but we were eligible for the honey bee pollinator initiative administered by  the Natural Resources Conservation Service  EQUIP (Environmental Quality Incentives Program), another usda arm.

It seems to me like there are several programs out there for those interested... if one ave is blocked, try another.  long and the short of it, if you would like some help with your pollinators, stop in the local FSA office and see if they can help. What could it hurt?
