I make this recipe at least once a week. My family loves it over rice. I usually double the sauce recipe.

1 (3 pound) whole chicken, cut into pieces
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon curry powder

1 hr 30 mins
Directions:
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
2.Place chicken pieces in a shallow baking pan, skin side up. Combine the melted butter or margarine, honey, mustard, salt and curry powder and pour the mixture over the chicken. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 1/4 hours (75 minutes), basting every 15 minutes with pan drippings, until the chicken is nicely browned and tender and the juices run clear

I use skinless chicken breasts cut into small pieces.

yep, we grill, so i forget what the oven looks like or how to operate it.......(just kidding) anyway, i do grill when it's 25 -30 below you know what, but sometimes i do have to resort to a recipe that goes in an oven in a warm environment without s....w boots and a w.....r jacket on............ :D

I use the recipe as a guideline...... I just pour the honey in and sometimes it makes it sweeter !!!!! MMMMM it is so good!
