I'm always grateful, thankful for freedom.  I thank God every day for the blessed life I have lived.  I've had two knee replacements, one stint in my heart, and cataract surgery, and next Tuesday at age 75, I will be traveling to a drill site in Moss Point, MS.  I am not wordsmith enough to describe how thankful I am.  My prayer is that all of you are so blessed.

69 years of health, 46 years of bliss, how could I even think of having more?

You are a major part of what the forum is today, Jaybird. Thank You for the constant action and keeping it flowing. Without questions to answer, there would be no answers, therefore no forum.

Grateful for friends, forum and otherwise, children, grandchildren and very much for my dogs who keep me company and entertained daily.  And it is nice that my bees seem to still be alive (I will check Saturday or Sunday, when it is warmer)

Jen you do keep asking questions and keep the forum lively.  And my dogs all get a teaspoon of cold pressed coconut oil in their dinner at night, that's where that shine comes from!

Haha! All the questions are more than likely due to I forgot that I already asked that question... 5 other times  :-[ memory isn't what she used to be.

Coconut oil.. Do you eat coconut oil as well Gypsi?

yes I do add coconut oil to food, or hot cocoa, etc. Some interesting stuff about it. It certainly makes my dogs more beautiful.  I use 3 oils on food. Coconut oil, cold pressed organic,  Extra virgin olive oil, and butter.  Grassfed butter from ireland when I'm feeling wealthy.  One has omega 3 oil, one as omega 6 and one omega 9.

I no longer buy fish oil, I bought the store out when fukushima blew up, and I no longer eat fish except the ones I raise, so I need the balance via oil choices.

I've done baking with the coconut oil, I like using it very much. When my scalp gets itchy dry in the winter I scoop it out and rub it into my scalp, leave ti there for a day or two.

Do you shop in health food stores?

Mostly I shop at Costco.  Big jar of Coconut oil for $16.  The beneficial health effects are more when it is taken cold as I understand it.  Taking it orally I do seem to need less lotion and conditioner.

Yes I like Costco as well. I was going to drop a pearl of wisdom about Hemp 'Seed' Oil, not to be mistaken with Hemp Oil of which you can't get in the US at this point. But Hemp Seed Oil has the perfect equation of Omega 3-6-9. You can take a teasp each day. I as well don't take the fish oil tablets cause tummy doens't like hard pill type object in it. Anyway, just add that to your library of health stuff  :)
