Looking back on 2013, what did your bee yard look like at the height of it's glory?

Certainly not at the peak of Glory. There is insulation between boxes so they can spread enough to use telescopic covers. Front Row is a double 5 frame deep sandwiched between double 10 framers.

Crofter, you sure you don't need just a bit more fire wood? :D :D
How many rows are stacked that high in the barn?

Four courses, red oak. 2 years old now!

A LOT of sweat represented there.

I get trailer load of log lengths dumped in my yard but even bucking, splitting and piling it is a fair bit of work. I'm a thinking I have had almost all the fun out of that, that I can have. Natural gas main runs 50 feet from my doorstep.

Well, I see you have a bit of snow there in Texas. You got just about the right number of hives for me!

Those sure are some nice snowy pics of hives!
