Living in Gainesville, Florida, will have 4 hives by spring, that about all I can in the area I am in. Still have two deep supers to extract, ( yeah I know a bit of procrastination goes a long ways lol ) I had bees when I lived in upstate New York, now again in Florida, re-learning the rules that apply here, basics are still basics methods I used up north still appear to work here. Beauty of beekeeping is it's like going to Howard Johnson for ice cream....57different flavors, your bound to find one you like.

Welcome aboard Barry, and being where Ef is cannot be a bad thing. I'm glad to see that your bees are proliferating.

Glad to have you join us on this forum, Barry. For all the northerners who hibernate during the winter, reports on your hive activities will be refreshing. ;)
