Thanks Marty.  That's an interesting article.
If you check out that website, under recipes, they have a little of everything including how to make moonshine. O:-)

I actually bookmarked it for just the article on honey plants. Moonshine would be a bonus.

Well folks, I'm always one to look for a free bonus,so....
I went through the section on making moonshine-----
it succeeded in convincing me NOT to do it.

I'll continue to restrict my brewing operatons to things like wine, mead and cider.  They give me enough of a challenge and a reward, without having to put my life on the line.
