Thanks!  ;D   $6  I got them in the gift shop for the last week of holiday shopping, won't know how many sold until the shop opens back up on Jan 2.

May go more than $6 next season, not sure yet.

Did the Kirkland coffee supply the fragrance?

Really very nice Jen.  I love the design  supplied by the mold.   What kind of a consistency does it have?

The first bars I made were out of commercial beeswax, coconut oil, and almond oil. I felt the bar was a little too oily. This batch is out of beeswax from Iddy's hive, coconut oil, shea butter, and a touch of honey. They are not as oily and the balm stays on the hands like a very slight sealant against the eliments outside. Very nice for retched cold weather, or after doing dishes. And, I can rub some on my hands and go to the computer and type.

And I will say this... There is a Huge difference between commercial beeswax pellets, and beeswax right out of the hive. Definately prefer the later  ;D

Nice Jen!  Isn't it fun to experiment and try something new?  I hope those sold, but if not I would leave them there.  Winter is just getting started.  If I may make a suggestion...a small sample for Looky Lou's to try before buying might sell a few.  Did  you promote the natural aspect of the product?

I am going to have to make another batch of my lotion bars.  My husband took the last of them to a family Christmas party and they were snatched up.  A sister in law called to say she didn't get one and wanted to know what she missed.   :'(  She's a florist and her hands are always in icy cold water.  She did grab and hide a bottle of honey so she didn't miss out entirely.   :P

FYI. My sister told me over Holidays that she is starting to sell essential oils. She has a book that tells what each oil is good for. She is getting me the book. I envision lotion bars for many different things coming

Whatever ales ya, we got a bar for that.:-)

Hey Yankee,  Is your sister making the oils herself or selling for some one else?

I like the label---especially the fact tha it "exposed the secret" of where in upper California you live.  Finally I was able to get a map of your territory and put  what until now has been in my imagination, to the test of a real map.Yreka, as I reaad the map, is on the eastern slopes of the mountain range.  Should make for some beautiful scenery and a lot of interesting weather patterns.
