I had a swarm yesterday that went in one of my swarm traps and this mawn'n I had another swarm.
I followed it till it got in the timber and I got to watching for snakes and lost them.

And now the fun starts (at least in your area), I haven't even been into mine yet, too much snow.

Starting Saturday we are supposed to be above 10 C and as high as 13 C (+50 F) with sun even. I will be opening up my hives to put on pollen patties so should end up with a fairly accurate assessment of how winter went (fingers crossed).

I'm curious about your swarm season this year Perry, I remember you mentioning the unusual amount of swarms you chased last year. I think your survivor hives are going to be stuffed. Better get your running shoes on :D:D:D

I probably won't be doing inspections this year Jen, so I will be able to focus on my own hives instead. ;D

WHEW WE!! you can keep that weather to yourself, it hit 81*F here today. Wife wants to turn the AC on, had the heat on last week. Humidity feels sky high today after some heavy rains and thick fog this morning (just checked and only 56%).
