Looking goood

Nice, a lot of hard work there. I am in envy of all the light honey. Afraid I'm going to miss out on my light crop this year because of the rain.
-
it appears there will be almost no crop here in Central Texas. Like Dunkel too much rain during the past several months equates to not much nectar being brought into the hives.
-
Looks like your bees gave you a great honey crop, the honey I got from the bees were light color also, I don't know where they got the nectar from.

I have got to try that chunk honey in the jar, bet it's a good seller. :goodjob:

Thanks everybody!
Les that is exactly what it looked like in the kitchen when the sun finally came through the window.
We had a good spring for honey this year, nice cool days and a little rain thrown in for good measure. Then it quit raining and had not had much here for close to six weeks, just started the other night, good to get moisture in the ground.
Perry give that chunk honey a try, I do get a few people that want it, most have no idea what to do with it.

Very nice G3! Almost makes me want to make a road trip!

Nice Harvest! We've had similar weather here in Concord Ga. with a pretty good harvest of light honey. I think it's mainly from crimson clover, white clover, blueberry and peach blossoms. I've always wanted to try putting on a jar board and letting the bees build out honey comb in the jars and then topping of them off with harvest honey. Maybe next year! :)

honey photographs really well when it's back lit like that. Congrats on a great harvest.

Bravo! Do you need a guinea pig to taste that for you? I offer my services. ;D
