Another great video JP, what a bucket of gorgeous honey you pulled from the column. You don't often find where the bees start the colony so low in a vertical space and keep the brood down and then be able to build up to store the honey, so the honey is stored in white comb that has no cocoons from brood.

Apis, yes, neat to see them build upwards such as they did where they normally do the complete opposite :-)
