Title: Walter Kelly celebrates anniversary with free shipping

It seems Walter T Kelley is celebrating 90 years in the business by offering free shipping every day.  Three restrictions apply: 1.  Must purchase $200 or more.  3. Must be in the lower 48 states.  4.  Some items are not included (Probably glass bottles).
There doesn't seem to be a code necessary to receive the free shipping.

They may be paying for it with the jump in some of their prices.
A week ago a jiggle knife uncapper = $535, now it's $628!  :sad:

Ouch!  Is it possible that it could also be a result of customers paying sales tax now.  In the past there wasn't any sales tax on internet purchases. :'(
