Daughter took this on our twentieth anniversary. November 11th. Armistice Day. We renewed our vows and had a great time for family and friends!

Beautiful pic. My wife and I celebrate our 20th this December on the 16th!
(I beat river to it, with the minor flaw of a border on the left. Oh well, I'll eventually figure it out.)

20 years ??? You guys are short timers ;D Wait till you've been through 56 of them 8).Now that i'm king of my castle, i would never renew our vows, because i remember that we Both promised to honor and Obey each other in our vows :-[ Who ever heard of two Kings in one castle. Jack
PS. Nice pitcher.

Congrats to you both. Here's looking for 20 plus more. We are looking for the 48th come spring.
Remember, Jack, ""Pa is boss, as every one knows, but what Ma says, always goes". ;D

We celebrated our 40th a couple weeks ago. We and our families have been thru poverty, raising children :), murder, forty christmas's :), umteen birthdays :), suicides, retirement, hubby's folks house burned down, cancer, grandchildren :), three of our parents have died, lots of dogs and cats :), alcohol/drug addiction, teenagers....
And that skims the top...
When hubby and I said our vows, we linked arms and persevered thru it all.
Neillsayers... Stay steady at the helm, and keep on keepin' on :)

Thanks everyone,
My first marriage was to a wonderful Christian woman, to whom I never imagined not growing old with. Eleven years later, cancer took her from me after a prolonged and painful battle. God has blessed me with an even deeper and blessed relationship. I had no doubts on our wedding day and felt even stronger about it on the twentieth. ;) Jeannie often says that Sybil broke me in to be tolerable. She is my best friend and partner!
