I plan on pulling frames Friday and extracting on Saturday. This will be the second time I have robbed from 2 of the hives since setting them up in the beginning of April and the first time for the other 2 hives I set up in may.
I will be using a fume board for the first time on two of them and putting bee escapes on the other 2 and trying that method for the first time also.
Nearest I can tell I will be pulling two 9 frame supers, two 10 frame supers and one 10 frame deep!
If all goes well the house will be a mess and my friends and family will have a 5 year supply of honey!

Here's wishing you the best, but being in Florida, be VERY careful with escape boards and SHB. They can totally slime a super in 3 days. Maybe sooner.

Wow thanks for that tip I did not know that! I am planning on putting all the wet frames back in the hives right before dark and am hoping I don't start a robbing nightmare the next day!

Putting the super back on just before dusk is a good plan. Bees don't fly at night but they continue to work in the hive. By the next day the bees will have sucked up a lot of the remaining honey.

Thank you I will update after the results are in!

Ok I pulled a total of 30 medium and 10 deep frames today all fully capped. The fishers bee quick worked extremely fast and well.
I did not try the bee escapes my plan go derailed a bit but the fume board as I said was very impressive!
I will start crankin with the 100$ spinner this evening and probably have a sore shoulder tomorrow.
One of the 9 frame supers that was loaded last week with fully capped honey only had 1/2 the amount in it this time so I only grabbed two frames?
I guess they moved it down to the new deep I gave them or ate it ......... Not sure?
