and the icing on the cake is tomorrow we are having swedish pancakes made in the Alfred Andresen Plett pan that was cast at the griswold foundry. I just finished getting it seasoned up today.  should be good coming out of this pan made around 1905

Nothing better than Ham & Beans cooked in a cast iron pot and cornbread from a cast iron skillet. Had them last Saturday. :yes: Jack

rat i have never seen one of those cast iron pans, pretty cool!

mmm, mmmm jack, ham and beans and cornbread! 

love cast iron, campfire, grill, stovetop, oven.  awesome stuff, lasts forever! we have a few different ones, love them all, but nothing what you have riverrat!
