It looked like someone was extracting a brood frame. :o

Those are the Asian honey bee and because they are from a climate that is temperate and their is nectar available all year long the colony will only get to the size of a single Langstroth super before swarming. before managed beekeeping when colonies were robed the brood saw eaten and the separated and sold as a cash crop. now the honey gets extracted and the frames of brood are given back to the colony right away.
