Clearing more stuff out of my dad's house this week and came across an unopened bottle of Saint Brendan's Irish Cream Liqueur.
The label says to consume within 6 months of opening. It doesn't say anything about how long it's good in an unopened bottle.
The bottle has to be at least six years old.
Anyone know if it would be safe to drink?

Call a liquor distributor? Preferably one that carries St. Brendan's. Distributor's are usually very knowledgeable about the products that they carry.

Thanks, Bakers. I found their website and have submitted the question directly to them. I was able to give them the lot number, so maybe they can pinpoint the age.
No telling how old this stuff is.
